Grand America has a spectacular afternoon tea. To celebrate our daughters’ belated birthdays, a friend and I took our girls, in their fancy dresses, for the experience. They ate it up! Absolutely loved it. It was such a lovely afternoon.
When the staff overheard us talking about the girls’ birthdays, they absolutely spoiled them! Each girl was presented with a rose and then they got to take a special trip to JooJoo and pick out a bag of treats. Completely unexpected and the best surprise!
After our tea (hot chocolate for the girls), scrumptious sandwiches and yummy desserts, we went for a walk in the courtyard. Jos was sufficiently irreverent once we hit outside. Riding the cast iron baby deer….falling in the hedges. Oh boy.
