02 Aug Bruges Waffles
I had the fabulous opportunity to photograph some AMAZING food at Bruges Waffles. Sawaya Consulting just launched the new and improved Bruges Waffles website.
Yes, my tummy was grumbling the whole time we were shooting and editing. Yes, the awesome folks at Bruges fed us until we were stuffed. Yes, I have introduced each and every last one of my friends to the goodness that is Bruges Waffles. And yes, I do occasionally sneak off to Bruges for the best fries in town without telling anyone. I can’t help it. I’m human, and their food is out of this world.
They start with only the purest of ingredients, some of which are imported from Belgium.
Then, they load them up with all sorts of yumminess. See the one on the bottom right? That’s my favorite. Bananas, creme fraiche and chocolate…..mmm.
Here’s where they really got my heart. Homemade mayos! Lemon Pepper Dill (LPD), people. That’s where it’s at. You have not fully realized the potential of a fry until you have dipped it in LPD.
And just in case you want dessert, they have chocolate dipped waffles.
Or ice cream!
My job rules on a normal day, but on days like this? It’s unbeatable. Thanks to Sawaya Consulting and Bruges Waffles. Some of the finest people I know.
